This workshop will provide dietetic interns with basic food hypersensitivity knowledge and assessment/intervention skills. At the completion of the workshop, the interns will:

  • identify conditions mediated by food hypersensitivity and helpful diagnostic tools;
  • describe a process for nutrition care;
  • summarize important issues related to food hypersensitivity client care.

During the two hour workshop, participants will watch an online video and participate in an electronic or telephone discussion with the facilitator. One hour of reading is required prior to the workshop.
