I have tremendously enjoyed the course, because it is easy to understand, has lots of updated -evidenced based information and is concise. Dietitians do not waste time reading things that they will not use in their counselling. Since taking your course, I have felt a lot more confident when seeing patients with allergy. I am able to give my patients more resources and meal plan ideas. My questions were promptly answered, and the preceptor support has been fundamental for my learning.
